Vintage 14K Gold & Ruby Rocco Scroll Ring. The ring is in excellent estate condition and ready to wear. It is hallmarked on the inside 14K and has a makers mark that we are not able to identify. The ruby is most likely synthetic. It measures about 7.1mm x 6.24mm x 4.18mm.
